to read or to watch a movie?

in the past week i have read animal farm, started reading h.p. lovecraft, and finished half of into the wild last night. i have also watched screwed, the people vs. larry flynt, the deer hunter, broken flowers, blade runner, plan 9 form outer space, heavy metal, heavy metal 2000, vanilla sky and various tv shows. it comes off as if i am being a hermit and wasting my time, but in reality i feel really great about everything i've accomplished this past week. it was back and forth weather all week. either really nice out or raining a lot. i spent some of the nice days with pam last week. the rainy days at home. last wednesday my mom sort of got sick. well she had chest pains and ended up in the hospital overnight. she is better now. it was honestly scary. it also happened on april fools day, so nothing good came of that. i spent friday at home with her even though it was so nice out. downloaded a lot of new music lately, masshsyeri, zero boys, sluts, ramones, black flag, austin lucas, kylesa, sleep, brainworms, monotonix, algernon cadawallader, rocket from the crypt, footox, and more. life is good, i just need money to make my plans a reality this summer. but that is taken care of for now. yesterday i met dale on main street with jenni and we went to clinton and spent two hours walking around trying to find a way to climb up a cliff, and were eventually successful. it was beautiful up there. then me and jenni met corey at my house, and waited for pam. drew with sidewalk chalk, and ate pizza. not a bad sunday at all.
