so....

the measure [sa] - drunk by noon

blogger wouldn't let me sign in for a few days and i now i have a lot to update on.

last monday i slept in. when i got up i watched friday the thirteenth part 5: jason lives and the land that time forgot. neither were good at all. after that i went to jenni's with corey. we rowed boats again and jumped on trampolines and played in the RV. that was pretty much the entire day. when i got home i watched slapshot by myself and then went to bed.

tuesday i woke up and pam had just about got home from virginia. i went over to her house and hung out with her. we went driving cause it was a really nice day, and got pizza at franks and went over to my house for a little bit. then corey met me at my house and we drove to hoboken and took the path/subway to brooklyn for one of the greatest shows ever.
this show was at one of the coolest show places i have ever been to. EVER. it was basically an abandoned building in a shitty part of brooklyn. it was so cool. here's a picture of the measure palying and you can see a majoirty if the room where the bands were playing. this is a picture from the top of that stairway thing of the crowd. i'm in the middle left hand side in a red shirt. squint, you can pretend you see me.
municipal waste didn't play. so a band called carnal knowledge opened the show. they were okay. then the measure played and were just great cause i love that band a lot. the ergs! played after that and it was their last new york show ever. they were so fucking great. the stage collapsed during their set. it was so good.
(you can kinda see me in the distance in the red shirt with right arm in the air)

after the ergs! dillinger four played. first time ever seeing dillinger four, and it was so fucking great. it was insane. they were so good, and it was so much fun. i lost my shoe during my favorite song. all in all, a really really good show.
after the show me and corey basically came home, it took us about two hours, and i sorta almost killed us both on the way home but it's all good.

i'm breaking this giant entry into two parts. mainly so i can just finish it later cause i want to go out.

EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT! (november 7th) becca gene bacon found this on some brooklyn art website!
