july 3rd-july 5th

last friday i worked during the day and then met marc at borders and then we went to curmudgeon and walked around the car show in somerville, then i went and picked up pam and we got dinner at pancheros, then went to her house and rode bikes to rfms for the fireworks with scott. saw pat mac, gabbie, bridget, ryan l, kelly and my cousin there. they were really short but really great. awesome finale. after that pam went home and i "hung out" with marc. we just sat at wawa talking for an hour then drove to eight on the break and back. saturday i worked in the afternoon until 6. when i got out i went over to the macs, saw a bunch of friends, brian, simone, mollie, mark, alex, jenni, dale, lindsay, jesse, theresa, vinny, etc. then we went to wegmans, met marc there, and walked to the park where they shoot off the fireworks, walked so far, and got so close, we could feel the fireworks exploding and we were being covered in ash. it was so worth it though. so great. then we walked back, i drove some people home and then met marc at my house and we hung out till like 4 am. sunday i picked my mom up in slayerville and then drove home and did yardwork with my dad. marc came over and we went to pams for a little bit. then marcos picked me up and we went to new brunswick. walked to get food with mij, rft records dude, jay i, and joe erg. ended eating at the r.u. grill, which sucked. seasick played first, and also played a 25 minute set, which was nuts. then nomos played and were awesome. smart cops, who were form italy were next and were sorta boring. then cult ritual ended the show, and they were hyped up way to much. somewhere in there a girl knocked a grill over on marcos but "didn't give a fuck", someone in the yard next door threw water balloons at the people in americas backyard which resulted in beer bottles being thrown right back at them and a huge fight ensued, cops were called, and i went to cinco de mayo in a minivan full of members of zhenia golov, black kites, and the mongoloids. all in all, not a great show, but a very fun night. oh and i can't forget laurel. hahaha.



dear landlord - three to the beach

huge gaps

there are some huge gaps in what a remember from the remainder of last month. i know i read a lot and went on a bunch of bike rides. on my birthday i know i got up, got breakfast with hayley and erica at sunset diner. then corey came over and we met marcos at minebrook park and played badminton. marcos gave me two ceremony records for my birthday. then i went home and my mom, pam and myself went to kingdom for dinner. showed them my house and we went home. a pretty good birthday all in all. the next day i know i worked, left early and went to new brunswick to see lemuria with marcos and met mij. also saw valens, very heavey, very good. the next day i worked and then hung out with corey and marc all night. thursday i went to new brunswick again for a show. met fucking tommy there. psyched to die dropped off the show, so some rapper filled in and it was a lot of fun. wet brain was okay. zhenia golov played three songs and stopped. bad antics were a lot of fun and gulity faces were awesome as always. hung out with pam for the first time in a couple days that night. annnnd...then i don't remember anything until about the fourth of july. great.

awhile ago

it's been a long fucking time since i updated. all i can remember to post about is....

friday june 12th i went to philly with corey, ate at new harmony, parked at the church and walked to the broad st ministry, saw some bands that sucked, saw ryan jim and matt, and a cracked out dale, and then ceremony was fucking awesome, and paint it black was fucking brutal as well. good show all in all. then we went to sonic, got root beer floats, no spoons and had to go to the bathroom real bad.
that next day saturday morning marc picked me up at 7 and we went to LOTS of garage sales, got a bunch of stuff, saw matt and colleen, then went to pams, got haircuts, jeremy met us there, then the three of us went to jennis graduation party, swam in the rain, and plated never have i ever. "never have i ever accidently smoked crack".



dirty money - 2007 was a bad year

great weekend

friday night, me and pam did the whole dinner and a movie thing. had pizza and saw the hangover. the film sold out, and it was full of about 90% douche bags, but even with all the retarded laughter and everyones insistence to repeat every single line they found funny, i still enjoyed the film a lot. zach galinafikas is carries this film, and i'm sure almost no one knew he was before this film really, and i hope he never makes another big film after this. saturday morning i woke up and went garage sale shopping with marc. got some books, a globe, some mugs, and other stuff. then alex and jenni picked me up and we went to matt walshs house out in havertown pa for his graduation party/bbq/show. got to see max levine ensemble and uke box (which i circle pit'd in a trampoline during). it was to cold to swim though unfortunately. after that me ryan and jim went to the shore house in philly for the lighten up record release show. cobra lung was first, awesome band, very funny. then the teenage whore moans, great great band, justin bender is great, even when people insist on just dumping 40s onto me. then musclebound played, and the lights kept going out, and they went out right as they began to cover 'wall of death the system' by r.a.m.b.o. and i was hit in the nuts (no fun). the gulity faces played and were fucking amazing. and then lighten up played and they were mind blowing good. slept in philly that night. sunday morning walked to center city with jim then walked back alone. me and ryan went and looked at a great big house out in west philly. then we drove to flemington, and went to jenni's house and swam with her and alex, and rode around in the ranger. then i went to death valley with ryan for the seasick record release show. got there late, but didn't miss troublemaker, then lighten up played and fucking covered 'career oppurtunities' by the clash and 'where eagles dare' by the misfits. then seasick played, and played an awesome set. then their 4 new songs. and covered 'myage' by the descendents and 'don't tread on me' by cro-mags, and closed the set with 'leviathon'. didn't eat much on my two day outting except a veggie burger and a root beer float from sonic, so i stopped at wawa sunday night and ran into marc and sat and talked to him for awhile before going home and going to bed. all in all a reeeeeally great weekend.

i hate..

..having to delete music from my ipod, but there isn't enough room on it for new music. and let's be realistic, i'm not in any postition to buy a new ipod. so whatever. i deleted rob zombie, smoke or fire, someone still loves you boris yeltstein, nickel creek, nightmare of you, neon blonde and nada surf. i'll miss rob zombie the most.

but this update isn't going to be about hate, or negativity. i have the next two days off and they will be filled with great things. ryan erica and jim found a house, we think, in philadelphia. i'm going to go look at it this week.

made my summer to do list at work yesterday. most of the things will require money, or guts on my part, but since it's about half the length (so far) as last years, i honestly think i will get it all accomplished. it includes the beach, camping, best friends day, bbq's, and lots of friends.

most recently i have watched, dead man, babel, from dusk till dawn, i'm not there, smokin' aces, and a bunch more i will not be able to remember.

i also began watching this american life, because it was recommended to me on netflix because of my interest in the office and freaks and geeks. it is nothing like those shows, but i love it.

most importantly, today is pam and my 8 month anniversary. we're going out to dinner and a movie, ya know, try to be normal.
